The invention relates to a particle stabilised high or medium dispersed phase emulsion comprising a dispersed phase which constitutes 30 % or more of the total volume of the emulsion, a continuous phase and hydrophobized organic particles, methods for producing said emulsion and porous polymer foams produced therefrom.
