The device (1) has a flywheel element (3) connected with an output shaft of an internal combustion engine. Another flywheel element (4) is separated from the former flywheel element. The flywheel elements are rotatably mounted with each other with respect to action of the device with energy storages (10). The energy storages are partially accommodated in a circular space, and inertial masses are guided into a flange by a roller body in a statically determined manner, where shifting paths lie in the flange and inertial masses.
