The circuit has a diode branch with symmetry-resistances (Rb0, Rt1) and diodes (D0, D1), and a load (R0) and a transistor branch connected in series with a collector emitter line of bipolar transistors (Q0, Q1) and another symmetry resistances (Rb1, Rt0) in circuit branches. The circuit branches are complementary developed in branch-pairs. Bases of the bipolar transistors of the branch-pairs are connected with each other by a base resistance (Rm), where one of the bases is connected directly with the load.
