Pharmaceutical composition (I) comprises a combination of microorganisms that positively influence the intestinal flora and at least one prebiotic. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a solid dosing unit comprising (I); (2) a packaging unit comprising at least one of the dosing unit, preferably many dosing units; and (3) an antidiarrheal composition comprising (I), dosing unit and/or the packaging unit.
