<p>A ceramic composition which is prepared to contain 24-40% by weight of B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3-MO glass composition (wherein M represents Ca, Mg, Sr and/or Ba, B2O3: 4-17.5% by weight, SiO2: 28-50% by weight, Al2O3: 0-20% by weight, and MO: 36-50% by weight), 46-75.4% by weight of SrTiO3 and/or CaTiO3, 0.1-5.0% by weight of CuO, 0.5-7.0% by weight of CaO, and not more than 10% by weight (including 0% by weight) of MnO, ZnO and/or CoO. A ceramic sintered body (2) is produced by firing the ceramic composition, and a composite LC component (20) comprising the ceramic sintered body (2) is obtained. Consequently, dielectric characteristics can be remarkably improved when compared with conventional ones, while suppressing shrinkage behavior during firing and securing reliability.</p> |
