<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a TV telephone device for improving convenience in a user by automatically controlling an operation content by each telephone number of a communication opposite party. <P>SOLUTION: An IP TV telephone device 1 includes: a control unit 2 for controlling the operation content in communication with the communication opposite party; and a memory 10 connected to the control unit 2, which stores list information 11 with the telephone numbers and operation contents by each telephone number registered therein. Necessity of transmission of image information is registered in the list information 11 by each telephone number.
