<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery system which can decrease an internal resistance increased during an idle period in each lithium ion secondary battery included in the secondary battery system. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery system 6 includes a plurality of lithium ion secondary batteries 100, wherein the secondary battery system 6 includes a charge-transfer control means (battery control apparatus 70) that transfers an electric charge accumulated in the lithium ion secondary batteries 100 between the plurality of lithium ion secondary batteries 100 to perform SOC 0% control for making each of the plurality of lithium ion secondary batteries 100 undergo a state of SOC 0%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
