<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous secondary battery capable of obtaining a high output in a high current rate, i.e. the non-aqueous secondary battery excellent in a rate characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: This non-aqueous secondary battery has a positive electrode having a positive active material comprising a compound metal oxide containing Li, Ni and Mn, a negative electrode, a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and an electrolyte. The non-aqueous secondary battery is obtained by charging the battery after assembled, up to a charge voltage that is 90% or more to 110% or less of rated voltage of the secondary battery, at 30°C or higher to 70°C or lower of temperature, and by storing the battery under the condition where the charge voltage is impressed at the temperature of 30°C or higher to 70°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
