<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film small in variation of retardation due to variable environmental humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The cellulose acylate film includes at least one compound comprising a cellulose acylate resin, a hydrophobic atomic group X, and a hydrophilic atomic group Y, wherein SP values of the hydrophobic atomic group X (SPx) and SP values of the hydrophilic atomic group Y (SPy) satisfy the following formula (1): 10<SPx<18.7<SPy<30, wherein the SP value is a solubility parameter value measured according to Hoy method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
