<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooling device capable of enhancing performance of battery cooling. <P>SOLUTION: The battery cooling device includes a battery pack composed of a plurality of integrated battery modules 11 connected in a state capable of power conduction, an air-blower member 20 for flowing fluid for cooling down the battery pack, and a first passage 40 and a second passage 41 made up of at least two passages for flowing the liquid flowed by the air-blower member 20. Electrode terminal parts provided on each of the battery modules 11 are divided into a first group of electrode terminal part 17 and a second group of electrode terminal part 18 arranged in at least two groups and are projected from the surface of the battery pack.
