<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting appliance improved in a heat dissipation characteristics while preventing an external appearance from being worsened and a manufacturing cost from rising. <P>SOLUTION: The appliance body 1 and ceiling bars 4 and 4 are thermally combined by thermally combining light-emitting diodes 20 with the appliance body 1, and by respectively contacting (adhering) side plates (side pieces) 11 and 11 of the appliance body 1 with contact portions 43 and 43 of the ceiling bars 4 and 4. Therefore, the heat dissipation characteristics can be raised by conducting heat generated in the light-emitting diodes 20 from the appliance body 1 to the ceiling bars 4 and 4. Moreover, since heat is dissipated from the ceiling bars 4 and 4 for building the appliance body 1 on the ceiling, it is not required to provide a large heat radiation fin in the appliance body 1 and many small heat radiation fins in the device body 1. Furthermore the heat dissipation characteristics can be improved without worsening the external appearance by such heat dissipation fins, while suppressing rising of the manufacturing cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
