<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyte analyzing method capable of detecting an analyte with high sensitivity by increasing an emission signal during avidin-biotin bonding. <P>SOLUTION: The analyte analyzing method is composed of the bonded compound forming step of making the analyte react with a biotin modified ligand to form a bonded compound, the composite forming step of adding labelled substance modified avidin and the biotin bis body to the bonded compound and performing avidin-biotin reaction to form a composite of the bonded compound and labelled substance modified avidin, and the analyzing step of forming a signal from the labelled substance of labelled substance modified avidin in the composite and detecting the signal to analyze the analyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
