<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing diet food using pig hide. <P>SOLUTION: The new pig hide food is provided without associating special process difficulties in a food production process using pig hide as the raw material, in view of the fact that at present diet snack products using pig hide are circulated, and all of the products are processed by frying in oil, so the products have to contain a little oil and have limitations as diet food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
