<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily prevent spoiling of display performance and reduction in utilizing efficiency of a backlight unit by light reflectance of an inner surface of a mounting case in an electrooptical apparatus including an electrooptical panel, such as, a liquid crystal panel and backlight unit for irradiating the electrooptical panel with light and an electronic device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrooptical apparatus in which the electrooptical panel 2 and the backlight unit 3 disposed opposite to the electrooptical panel are housed in the mounting case, at least the surface on the electrooptical panel side of the mounting case has light reflectance lower than that of the surface on the backlight unit side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
