PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-wire separated electric pulse generating apparatus which utilizes the large Barkhausen jump, in which a distance between a permanent magnet to be used and a composite magnetic wire has flexibility by preventing a size of the permanent magnet from being limited by the thickness and length of a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The composite magnetic wire is disposed in which the large Barkhausen jump may occur, at least one or more alternating magnetic field generating means such as permanent magnets giving alternating magnetic fields to the composite magnetic wire are disposed, and further, a coil for generating an electric pulse by the effect of a magnetic field change in the large Barkhausen jump induced in the composite magnetic wire by the alternating magnetic fields given by the alternating magnetic field generating means is installed outside the composite magnetic wire.
