PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting/dismounting device for pipe connection members, which surely prevents leakage from insertion holes formed in the flanges of communication pipes or insertion holes formed in the flanges of the pipe connection members. SOLUTION: A first leakage prevention member 21 includes: bolts 31, which pass through first insertion holes Fa from an outer flat surface side to a facing surface S side; nuts 35 screwed into the bolts 31 on the outer flat surface side; and leakage prevention rings 41, which are fitted around the bolts 31 and placed between the nuts 35 and the outer flat surface. The bolts 31 have projections 32b, 32b, which can project toward the radial direction, at the tip ends 31e which pass through the first insertion holes Fa and lie at the facing surface S side of the flange F1. The leakage prevention rings 41 are interposingly pressed between the nuts 35, which are screwed on the bolts 31 supported in the axial direction by the projections 32b, 32b, and the outer flat surface so as to prevent the leakage from the first insertion holes Fa.
