PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system, a design support device, a design support method, a design support program and a recording medium, wherein user convenience is improved. SOLUTION: About each of a plurality of parameters necessary for a design of a design object, at least one of (A) one or more master parameters (e.g. parameters 1-3) used for determination of a condition or a value of each design parameter, and a rule or an expression for determining the condition or the value of the design parameter from the one or more parent parameters, and (B) a slave parameter using the design parameter as the master parameter is defined, the plurality of design parameters are stored associatively to each other in a hierarchical structure state, and the condition or the value of each of residual one or more design parameters is derived based on the rule or the expression when the condition or the value is designated from a user, about each of one or more design parameters each defined with the slave parameter and each not defined with the rule or the expression.
