PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device which can be miniaturized without deteriorating correction performance. SOLUTION: The image blur correction device 100 includes: a holding part 120 for holding a lens L; a moving part provided independently of the holding part 120, and for moving the holding part 120; a driving part for driving the moving part; a base block 110 for supporting the holding part 120; a pressing member for pressing the holding part 120 against the base block 110 side, and load adjusting mechanisms 180 and 190 for applying load to the driving part. The moving part comprises a first moving part 130 for moving the holding part 120 in a first direction, and a second moving part 140 for moving the holding part 120 in a second direction. The driving part comprises a first driving part for driving the first moving part 130, and a second driving part for driving the second moving part 140. The load adjusting mechanisms 180 and 190 are provided in the first and second driving parts, and apply the load to the respective driving parts by restoring force of an elastic member displaced with movement of the moving parts 130 and 140.
