<p>A means for releasing a drug from a liposome which is useful for the quality control of a liposome preparation, has good simplicity, accuracy, and reproducibility, and also can achieve an in vivo-in vitro correlation (IVIVC), and a method for evaluating drug releasing characteristics of a liposome preparation are provided. The means for releasing a drug from a liposome by causing chemical equilibrium displacement in the inside of the liposome and the method for evaluating drug releasing characteristics by quantitatively determining the drug released to the outside of the liposome.</p> |
