PURPOSE: A cargo information collection and a providing system for supplying a member store and a vehicle owner is provided to supply product a transport service by supplying a freight transportation in a membership store. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement member shop terminal(4) transmits the cargo information requested in the running track member store to a cargo information management server(2). The running track merchant terminal offers the cargo information of the corresponding circular region planning area transmitted from the cargo information management server.
