PURPOSE: An automatic online loan path management system for directly selecting a loan counseling route is provided to improve the reliability about counseling for the loan by counseling the loan. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(2) loads loan application information files to a financial server. Call center servers(6) receive loan request information and personal information of the loan request person from the financial server. A business store terminal receives personal information and loan request information of a requester from the financial server. |
