ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IC CARD AND THE READER DEVICE

An encryption method for IC card includes that a first secure root key is written to a reader, a second secure root key is written to an encryptor of a secure key management centre, an access key of the IC card is generated according to the serial number of the IC card, the first secure root key and the second secure root key. A decryption method for IC card, an encryption and decryption system for IC card and a reader are also provided. The security hidden danger existed in the system is reduced effectively according to the access key generated by the two secure root keys and the serial number of the IC card by providing a secure key in the encryptor and the reader respectively, and the burden of the reader is reduced without the system maintaining an operating secure key for every IC card, and it can be used in the large scale network.
