PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a gas fuel bottle and a pressure reducing valve is provided to conveniently and rapidly couple a gas fuel bottle and a pressure reducing valve by installing a screw groove in the gas fuel bottle. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a gas fuel bottle and a pressure reducing valve comprises a fastening unit(20), a sliding unit(30), and a gas output unit. The fastening unit is fixed to the bottom of a pressure reducing valve(10) in which a screw groove is formed. The sliding unit is coupled to the fastening unit. The gas output unit is installed in the upper center of a gas fuel bottle(40), and has a maintenance ring(50).
