PURPOSE: A self-cleaning toilet seat is provided to automatically wash the upper side of the toilet seat contacting a skin of a user without a separate operation, and to use the toilet seat right after the washing process. CONSTITUTION: A self-cleaning toilet seat comprises the following: more than one cleaning solution ejection hole(410) to spray cleaning solution to the upper side of the toilet seat(200); a cleaning solution collecting unit(500) collecting the cleaning solution falling from the toilet seat; and a cleaning solution discharging pipe(520) discharging the cleaning solution collected from the cleaning solution collecting unit. The toilet seat automatically stands to the vertical direction.
