<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of an evaporator arranged at the suction side of an ejector. <P>SOLUTION: The second evaporator 42 arranged at the suction side of the ejector 50 includes a preceding portion at the upstream side of a refrigerant flow and a following portion at the downstream side of the refrigerant flow. A gas refrigerant is extracted from a refrigerant made to flow from the preceding portion to the following portion. The extracted gas refrigerant bypasses the following portion by a gas passage. After the extracted gas refrigerant and a refrigerant made to flow out of the following portion are merged, they are supplied to a suction port 54 of the ejector 50. Since the extracted gas refrigerant is supplied to the suction port 54, the shortage of a flow rate of the sucked refrigerant in the ejector 50 can be avoided. Therefore, in addition to the improvement of performance in the second evaporator 42, intended performance can be maintained also in the ejector 50.
