PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronics material which is easily multilayered, has excitation energy larger than heretofore and adaptive to all colors, and large carrier mobility of an electron and a positive hole, to provide an organic electronics element which has excellent light emission efficiency and light emission life, and to provide an organic electroluminescence element.

SOLUTION: The organic electronics material contains at least a compound having at least one quaternary carbon in which all substituents are aromatic rings or heterocyclic derivatives and the substituents do not form ring structure and at least one polymerizable substituent, the organic electronics element and the organic electroluminescence element use the organic electronic material.
