<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter clamp member with good clamping performance. <P>SOLUTION: The catheter clamp member (1) includes a body portion (5) and clamping means (3). The body portion includes a first location portion (11) which receives a catheter (2) which is issued from patient's skin, a second location portion (12) which causes the catheter to be bent through an arc, and third location portion (13) which guides the catheter from the clamp member (1). The third location portion (13) includes bottom walls (14, 15, 16) supporting the catheter and sidewalls located on both sides of the catheter. The interval between the sidewalls is made substantially equal to the outer diameter of the catheter so as to form a close-fitting pathway closely fit to the catheter.
