<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system for confirming whether a document is moved from a prescribed position to a prescribed position in an area of a material room or the like, and performing warning as the need arises. <P>SOLUTION: This document management system includes: RFID tags each attached to a document, detectable by wireless communication; a first detection part provided in a shelf storing the documents, detecting the RFID tag; a second detection part provided in a place different from the shelf, detecting the RFID tag; and a control part outputting a warning signal when the second detection part cannot communicate with the RFID tag over a prescribed period after the first detection part transits from a communicable state with the RFID tag to a non-communicable state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
