<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, capable of performing, when downloading an application to a UIM (user identity module) of a cellular phone, verification of a user who has applied for the application. <P>SOLUTION: The application issuing system 1 includes: a UIM 2 to which an authentication application 24 for authenticating a user's authentication code is installed; a cellular phone 3 on which the UIM 2 is mounted; and an issuing device 5 which issues a credit application 25. The issuing device 5 includes: a first issuing means 50 which generates, upon receipt of an application request of credit use, an authentication key to be used for authentication of an authentication code input to the cellular phone 3 by a user 7, and writes it to the UIM 2 to thereby issue the authentication application 24; and a second issuing means 51 which causes, upon receipt of a download request of the credit application 25, the authentication application 24 to authenticate the authentication code input to the cellular phone 3 by the user 7, and then issues the credit application 25 to the UIM 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
