<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning module in which the shift between the optical axis of laser light emitted from a semiconductor laser element and the optical axis of an optical system is adjusted and focus is adjusted, and a rotational adjustment is performed so that the major axis of the oval of the laser light is directed in the bar extension direction of a bar code. <P>SOLUTION: The optical component fixing mechanism used in the optical scanning module supports and fixes a cylindrical optical component on a support base with an elastic member by biasing from the radial direction of the optical component. A plurality of grooves are formed along the direction parallel to the optical axis of the optical component on the outer periphery of the optical component so that the recesses and the protrusions are continuous in the tangential direction, the elastic member is formed in a plate shape having a radius of curvature different from the radius of curvature of the outer periphery of the optical component viewed from the optical axis of the optical component, and the elastic member is abutted to at least two consecutive protrusions formed on the outer periphery of the optical component to elastically bias in the radial direction of the optical component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
