PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for safely transmitting confidential information such as a password. SOLUTION: An authenticating server 10 provides a password to a cellular phone 40 having an imaging function of shooting an image, and a decoding function of decoding information represented by the shot image based on key information including its own individual identification information. This authenticating server 10 includes: an individual identification information registration part for keeping individual identification information of the content identical to that of the cellular phone 40; a key information generation means to generate key information shared with the cellular phone 40 based on the registered individual identification information; an encrypted password generation part for encrypting the password by the key information; a QR code conversion part for converting the encrypted password to a QR code; and a communication part for transmitting the QR code to an information terminal device 30 existing independently of the cellular phone 40.
