<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluid machine from stopping due to foreign matters caught between a cylinder and a piston in the machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this fluid machine, a through-hole 35d is formed on a straight line D of the cylinder 35. With such structure, in the smallest gap position C on the straight line D, wherein a foreign matters are easy to be caught, the cylinder 35 can be easily and elastically deformed to restrict a stop of the fluid machine due to the caught foreign matters.
