PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent user's secret information from being stolen by a malicious third party. SOLUTION: An OS 44 unitarily accepts an acquisition request for secret information from an external application requiring secret information about a user in order not to prevent the external application from acquiring the secret information directly from the user. On condition that the application as the request source of the acquisition request is preliminarily registered as a reliable application being an application allowed to include the secret information, the OS 44 provides the secret information of the user to the application as the request source of the acquisition request.
