<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of low cost capable of being easily and surely incorporated in a device without deteriorating the cooling performance of a heat generating component, in the constitution including the heat generating component cooled by fluid flowing in a pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electric module 8 is constituted by integrating the heat generating component 13 and the cooling pipe 15 for cooling the heat generating component 13.
