<p>The present invention relates to the fields of life sciences and genetics. Specifically, the invention relates to a method for detecting biological components. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel method for detecting a specific nucleotide sequence in a sample. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to a use of the method of the invention for identifying viruses, micro-organisms or derivatives thereof from a sample and a use of the method of the invention for identifying mutations of nucleotide sequences from a sample.</p> |
