PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize power supplied from an electric power generating apparatus using natural energy. SOLUTION: A system includes an electric power generating apparatus 1 which generates power by using natural energy, and a first storage battery 2 and a second storage battery 3 which are charged with power generated from the electric power generating apparatus 1. The first storage battery is supplied with power from the electric power generating apparatus in preference to the second storage battery and charged. When the state of charge (SOC) of the first storage battery exceeds a predetermined value, a switching means 4 switches power supply to the second storage battery which is thereby charged. From the first storage battery, power is supplied to a first electric apparatus group 9 which is driven by utilizing the supplied power directly. From the second storage battery, power for charging built-in storage batteries in a second electric apparatus group 10 is supplied. When the SOC of the second storage battery reaches a predetermined value, a second switching means 8 switches power supply to a third electric apparatus group 13 which is driven intermittently.
