FIELD: transport, package. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to method and device for packing flat objects. Flat objects 1 are carried in line 4, one after another and spaced apart, on quasi-continuous packing band, or under it, in band feed direction. Packing band 2 is turned around line 4, or another packing line is fed above or below line 4. Lengthwise seam is made on line and crosswise seams between two adjacent objects in line 4 are made so that every flat object 1 is wrapped on all sides by packing material. Objects 1 are fed so that spacing between objects d is smaller than length of objects 1 in feed line 4. Objects 1 are consecutively accelerated to be located directly on packing band 2 or below it so that line 4 is located directly on packing band 2 or under it. ^ EFFECT: high-efficiency packing conveyor carrying low-stability objects. ^ 17 cl, 7 dwg |
