<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector that has a reflection surface having high reflection properties when forming a light source of a lighting device excited by ultraviolet light and near ultraviolet light, is not be deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, and can cope with miniaturization with high dimension precision. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector 3 for reflecting light radiated from a light-emitting device includes: a reflector body 4 made of white ceramics and having a through-hole for surrounding the light-emitting device; and a frame 7 integrally arranged around the periphery of an outer surface of the reflector body 4.
