PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce casting defects in casting by the wax pattern method. SOLUTION: A multi vane segment includes: a platform 2; at least three airfoils 10, extending radially from the platform 2, and having a combined airfoil volume, a chord length 15 and an airfoil thickness 16; and a shroud 20 with a shroud volume, disposed on an end of the airfoils 10 radially distant from the platform 2.
