<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the discomfort or inconvenience of a driver, in a vehicle in which an energy storage device can be charged with power from a power supply outside the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When a power switch 80 is turned on, while the system of the vehicle is stopped, and the connection between a connector 54 on the vehicle side and a connector 94 on the external power supply side is determined, it inhibits the system start, and a display 83 displays information as it can not run because the connector 54 on the vehicle side is not connected to an external power supply 90 or as it requests the cancel of the connection of the connector 54 on the vehicle side to the external power supply 90. Moreover, when the connector connection is determined while the system of the vehicle is started in run mode, it does not permit the charge of a high voltage battery 50, and the display 83 displays information as it can not be charged because the system is started in run mode or as it requests the OFF of a power switch 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
