PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autosampler of an atomic absorption photometer capable of pretreating for the atomic absorption photometer by a simple method without much labor. SOLUTION: This autosampler which is provided in the atomic absorption photometer and used for introducing a metal into an atomization part of the atomic absorption photometer, includes on a tip part, a solid phase extraction agent 10 on which a metal in a liquid sample is adsorbed. Hereby, since the metal can be adsorbed on the solid phase extraction agent 10, pretreatment can be performed by using the autosampler, namely, automatically, by eluting the metal by using eluate after being cleaned.
