<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch each operation for stopping and elevating a blind in a short procedure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blind 10 is stopped or elevated by operating an elevation code 13 by an operator to switch the blind 10 to a clamping position or an allowed position. Switching to the clamping position or the allowed position is recognized by stimulating the sensuous consciousness of the operator by an auditory sense or a tactile sense when operating the elevation code 13 by the operator.
