The method involves drilling a hole (4) on a front section (8) of a closure lid (2) of a beverage container i.e. beverage bottle, and partially guiding a flexible tube (10) from an inner side of the lid to an outer side of the lid until an annular swelling of the tube fits at the inner side. The tube is provided with the swelling or an annular projection at its end, and is adapted to size of the hole. A ring (12) is provided as the annular projection. The tube is made of plastic, and a screw cap and/or a plastic cap are utilized as the closure lid. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a self-consumption closure comprising a closure lid (2) a method for producing a self-consumption device (3) a self-consumption device for dispensing a beverage.
