PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce initial investment expense since it is well known that sterilization water consisting essentially of hypochlorous acid or chlorine dioxide has an immediate effect, a strong sterilizing property and low residual property but the sterilization water can be hardly produced and needs an expensive apparatus to require large investment expense. SOLUTION: In the method and the apparatus, apparatus structure can be simplified to reduce cost by using a method for stably adjusting the pH of produced sterilization water by utilizing coherency of carbon dioxide. Further a conventional method and a conventional apparatus for injecting a fungicide can be used as it is by adjusting only the pH of raw water. Moreover, the structure of an apparatus, which can be installed even in an atmosphere getting a wetting and having corrosiveness, is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
