PURPOSE: A fire door with a heat insulator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent external air or internal air from being transferred to an opposite side when a fire. CONSTITUTION: A fire door(60) with a heat insulator comprises a first board(61), a second board(62), and a reinforcing bracket(80). The first board forms the front surface of the fire door, and has curved side surfaces. The second board is separated from the first board, and has curved side surfaces. The reinforcing bracket is composed of a first bracket and a second bracket(82). The first bracket is installed in the side surface of the first board using a bolt(83). The second bracket is installed in the side surface of the second board using the bolt. |
