PURPOSE: A manhole for sewage is provided to filter dirt in wastewater by installing a screen, and to prevent an offensive odor by eliminating the dirt when a manhole cover is opened. CONSTITUTION: A manhole for sewage comprises an inverter groove(14), screen mounting grooves(15,16), and a dirt removal screen. The inverter groove is formed in the bottom(13) of a manhole(10) toward an outlet(12). The screen mounting grooves are formed in the bottom of the manhole in order to install screens(20,30) between an inlet(11) and the outlet. The dirt removal screen collects dirt filtered from the screens. |
