PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing process time and costs by forming a dielectric layer and an electrode through just a single process. CONSTITUTION: A rear substrate(111) is arranged to face a front substrate. A partition wall(112b) divides a discharge cell between the front substrate and the rear substrate. A fluorescent material layer(114) is formed in the discharge cell. An electrode is formed in one among the front substrate and the rear substrate. A dielectric layer is formed in order to surround the electrode. A first dielectric layer(115a) arranged within an arbitrary discharge cell is not connected to a second dielectric layer(115b) formed in an adjacent discharge cell. |
