FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: parametres of multielement passive two-terminal networks are measured while powering a circuit, which has a standard resistor connected in series to the measuring object, with pulses of voltage which varies by the law of the (n-1)-th power of time, where value of n is determined by the equivalent circuit of the measuring object and number of measured parametres of the two-terminal network. Voltage across the measured two-terminal network is balanced with compensating voltage generated from voltage pulses having the form of an exponential function of time with power ranging from 0 to (n-2). Balancing is done through selective control of amplitude of components of the compensation voltage, successively reducing to zero signals at the outputs and input of the n-cascade voltage difference differentiator on the two-terminal network and the compensation voltage. ^ EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, which enable to determine parametres of different types of multielement passive two-terminal networks, simplification of the measuring apparatus and the procedure of determining parametres of measuring objects. |
