METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ELIMINATING POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS FROM POLLUTED FLUID BY USING ELECTRON BEAM

PURPOSE: A method for removing polychlorinated biphenyls from polychlorinated biphenyls with an electronic beam and a device thereof are provided to effectively adjust irradiation of the electronic beam, and to improve PCBs removal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing polychlorinated biphenyls from polychlorinated biphenyls includes the following steps: separating liquid contaminants including the polychlorinated biphenyls into a batch unit; measuring concentration of polychlorinated biphenyls which are contaminated; determining the amount of additives; mixing a chlorine bonding addition agent in the contaminants; forming an insoluble chlorine compound; agitating a coagulating agent of the chlorine compound(S70); and filtering the coagulated chlorine compound(S75).
