PURPOSE: A flash memory device and a data recording method thereof are provided to reduce time for data programming by simplifying a structure of a controller controlling a memory cell. CONSTITUTION: A processor(51) obtains device information about a flash memory device(100) through a BIOS(52) during a booting condition of a host(50). A controller(120) of the flash memory device consults an address system for data transmission with the host. The host transmits data read, write, deletion, and other various control command to the flash memory device. The flash memory device forms a mapping table about each block comprising a memory cell(140). The controller forms one whole mapping table by collecting sub-mapping tables saved in each block. The controller saves the total mapping table in a memory(150). |
